Being single and female in the Philippines

The irony of being a parent in the Philippines is that you don't want your kids to have relationships when they are in college. But by the time they are 25 years old, you want them to be married. How is a female looking for a sensible, mature, intelligent guy supposed to find one with circumstances like this? The graveyard zombie is in the midst of tackling this existential problem.
